These terms apply when you use megalightinget.com, and to the tool Mega Lighting uses to publish to its own social media accounts. By using the website, you agree to them.

Our website
The website shows our lighting products, our services and how to reach us. We try to keep it accurate, but prices, stock and delivery details can change, and pictures are a guide to how a product looks. The price, availability and delivery terms that apply to an order are the ones we confirm with you when you order.
Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or copy it in bulk.
Orders and delivery
Orders are agreed directly with us by phone, message or in person. Delivery in Addis Ababa is free on orders over Br 10,000; other cities are served through delivery carriers, whose own terms apply to the onward trip. We'll tell you the delivery cost and timing before you confirm.
Our social media publishing tool
At megalightinget.com/studio we run a private tool that schedules and publishes Mega Lighting's own photos and videos to Mega Lighting's TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts. It is not offered to the public. Only Mega Lighting staff may sign in, and it only posts to accounts that belong to Mega Lighting.
We are responsible for everything we publish with it. Posts follow the rules of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded posts, its Branded Content Policy, and the terms of Instagram and Facebook. The tool does not add watermarks or change our content, and it uses each platform's official tools to post.
How the tool handles account information is explained in our privacy policy.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, logos and design of the website and our social media accounts belong to Mega Lighting or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us. Product and brand names may be trademarks of their owners.
Links to other sites
The website links to other services, such as TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Google Maps and app stores. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their content.
Responsibility
We provide the website as it is and work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or from relying on general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ethiopian consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update them on this page and change the date at the top.
